General Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website.Booking and Payments
All studio bookings must be made through our official website or authorized channels.
We accept credit/debit cards and payment installment options (e.g., Klarna or Affirm, if available).We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders.Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the session are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable.
Sessions may be rescheduled once at no additional cost, provided we receive at least 24 hours’ notice.
Rescheduled sessions must be rebooked within two weeks of the original date. After that, a new booking is required.Sessions cannot be rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, and no refunds will be issued for missed or unattended appointments.
Studio Use Policies
Clients are expected to treat all equipment and studio property with care. Damages may result in charges based on our review, including security footage.
Clients are responsible for the behavior of any guests they bring.
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the studio.Session Logistics
Please inform us in advance if your session will include multiple episodes or require changes to mics, cameras, or sets.
Additional setup or breakdown time must be included in your booking. For example, if you plan to record 2 hours of content and need time to adjust the set, book a 3-hour session.
If extra time is not pre-booked, additional charges will apply before files are released.File Transfer
To streamline file delivery, we recommend bringing an SSD drive to your session.
If you do not provide one, we offer file delivery via Dropbox for a $35 fee, payable at the end of your session and before files are uploaded.Liability and Indemnity
The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.Clients agree to indemnify the studio against any claims related to the use of our facilities.
Note: The studio is not fully soundproof and may capture ambient NYC sounds such as sirens or street noise.
Privacy Policy
We may share behind-the-scenes footage or select session content on social media to promote the studio.
If you prefer your session not be used in promotional content, please inform your producer in advance.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage clients to reach out directly to resolve any concerns or disputes.
Unresolved matters will be governed by the laws of New York State.
